A Geeky trip 2 the Movies

NP surprised me by asking if we wanted to go to the movies to see Star Trek.

After I awoke, in the recovery position, I immediately book the tickets online.

It was a gr8 movie. Would have preferred for them to explain a bit about the Federation and Star Fleet. But that could be another prequel.

First Day Back

Well, today is the day. The first day back at work after a 5 weeks off with the kids. You couldn't really call it a holiday though as we didn't go away anywhere. Surprisingly, I am actually not apprehensive about the return to work as the break was sufficiently long enough to clear my head of all the troubles and happenings of the past year. That and I enjoy the work I do, in the main.
