I took this photo of a racing snail this morning on my way to work. I had to use a very fast shutter speed (1/5th sec f8) to capture the snail and not blur the action.

Go you good thing !!!

First Day Back

Well, today is the day. The first day back at work after a 5 weeks off with the kids. You couldn't really call it a holiday though as we didn't go away anywhere. Surprisingly, I am actually not apprehensive about the return to work as the break was sufficiently long enough to clear my head of all the troubles and happenings of the past year. That and I enjoy the work I do, in the main.
